My first post should be about the great dealership I found. Super responsive, met all my requests, made a well below MSRP offer so I drove the 250 miles and paid the higher tax rate in CA because my local dealer in Reno NV is asking well over MSRP.

Saw A Dealer listed on the thread.Arcadia Chevrolet in Arcadia,Florida.As of 3/23/11 they have 3 convertibles on order.They are NOT selling @MSRP,they are all coming in with 'Bump Stickers' on them! I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer in the past 10 years,and was told by a former sales person that these 'verts would not be sold @MSRP.I really thought I could buy my 'vert there,but guess not.I may have to go to another state to buy,it seems these dealers in Florida are money hungry about the 'vert right now.

If you are a USAA member use their car buying service.I live in North Florida and I was quoted 25.602.00 for a 2011 Silver ice metallic 1LT with RS package and auto trans, this price is 1256.00 below invoice (750.00) of that price is the USAA member discount which ends on 03/31/11

Wow that's a great price...too bad I'm not a member of USAA (nor are any of my immediate family members). I guess this means that there ARE in fact better deals out there so I will keep looking.

I have been shopping about a month now and the price variances are driving me. Dublin Chevy has THIS car and they said invoice is 36,xxx and they are willing to net the car out, but that's it and the dudes kind of being an a**hole.

I used truecar.com and got a price of 33760 at Capitol in SJ. I am in the process of making calls to them.

In all my research, I THINK I should be able to get out the door on this car for 35K. Am I off here??

Coughlin Cevrolet in Pataskala. It's east of Columbus, OH. They went well below invoice for me and it was a very nice and smooth transaction. Glenn was the salesman. Very low pressure and knew everything about the car.
