Here's a pic of the "other" Chevy I drive when not in the SS.

The SS has been parked in the garage for the week too. Looking forward to some long, autumn, country drives! I'll try to make the meet next week, but no promises.

Missed you and Lady in Blue at K-Mart. A nice young man with an Victory Red SS (no stripes) showed up. Hopefully he will be back. He knows about Camaro5.

!EM! Holy #$@%! Teach that house some manners! Between the dogs, the sausage biscuits, and now your house poor Lucien is being assaulted from all angles :-)

Many thanks to all who are keeping my nephew Stan in your prayers. Unfortunately, he is not responding to treatment so they may be moving him to Columbus today where more intensive treatment is apparently available. Merlin may be making road trips over there once visiting is allowed. (You can bet the 14 year old will stay with the car: hospital parking lots = arrrgghhh!)

The house usually goes for pickup trucks... and Mustangs! (<-- Not making that up!) Don't know what got into it! At least dog drool and sausage biscuits clean up... :(

We saw one on I-75 near West Chester last night, we honked and waved at each other. I thought I saw a Camaro5.com sticker in the back window above the center brake light. There were 4 people in the SS - four in mine too, my husband was driving. I coudln't see the other driver enough to see if it was jmurphy or Davis?

I saw a black ss pulling out of Target on N. Fairfield yesterday (we both stared at each other's cars in awe

) and we saw a the rear end of a yellow one near the K-Mart but he didn't attend the cruise in.

Today totally stinks! We get the SLP exhaust and American Racing Headers with catback system via FedEx today. Darin was like a kid on Christmas morning. He loaded both systems up in the back of the Camaro and headed to a friend's garage to install. He called about 1 hour later to tell me that they shipped the wrong headers system because it wouldn't fit the motor! It turns out what they shipped to us was for a Pontiac G8! Now our car already had the exhaust off of it and the stock headers as well so instead of putting them back on, we rolled it back into a storage facility behind the garage where it will sit under lock and key until next week when we receive the right headers! I'm missing my car, like a mother being away from her newborn.

Fen...Happy Birthday. I have to really think about it but I believe I went drinking with my friends when I turned 18. Drank 3.2 beer (do they still make 3.2 beer-alcoholic content or is it now illegal to drink at 18?) Anyhow...you missed one hell of a show today. There were sooo many 5th gens that I think they easily outnumbered the amount that showed up for Camaros at Carlisle.
