The front actually came out alot better than I was expecting that doesn't look half bad, I like the wide hood cowl

BUT the plastic on the hood
Rear bumper

I'm glad I have mine, however if an aftermarket company makes that wider hood cowl I'll be getting that eventually

The front is really good looking from this angle. I like it better than the blocky front of my '11. The air extractor also looks good here.

The wheels, not

GM could EASILY fix this:

1) Open up the front grille again and remove the "hump" that everyone hates. Leave the revised bottom as it is.

2) Leave the hood with the wider buldge, but add two "hex" vents in the middle instead of the one.

3) As for the rear....pictures haven't shown enough detail for me to make a 100% decision here, but they should have just taken the current design and slanted them outward a bit for a more aggressive style. Of course then they'd be even more similar to the Vette tail lights....which in my opinion belong on a new or REFRESHED Camaro.

Do that and I guarantee the refresh would go over fine. Some people would complain that it isn't enough of a refresh, but it would fix what people dislike about this one.

Easy!

I liked this too...until I saw the TV shots. Maybe seeing the real deal or better photos will help somewhat....it has to.

That would be funny.

People buying a new 2014 and immediately tearing off all the refresh (messed up) parts and replace them with the older better looking '10 - '13 parts.

I guess the Z28 unveil will be tomorrow or later in the year. This was just a facelift teaser.

Well it looks like they tried to make it look meaner.....Though the extractor looks small and will just let rain in here in oregon especially i would have liked to see cowl exit of heat back toward the windshield. The halos look kind of smooshed in there as the grill is smaller than the headlights....And the tail lights remind me of the european tailights...I dont like them. I voted like as it is a camaro, hard not to like the shape, yet the wheels are not that great....stockers never seem to be. And the spoiler more of a whale tail with the third brake light is ok. I imagine a person who puts the license on the front will dwarf the grill?

I'm glad I got my 2013 when I did. Those tail lights look hideous. I'll reserve judgment until the auto show.

I guess the hood heat extractor can be made better looking by covering it in an aftermarket rear facing "scoop".
The tail lights can be separated with black rattle can paint or plasti dip in 15 minutes, but that skinny little upper grill opening .... why bother having it at all?
Guess that too could be blocked off like so many mail slot haters have done.

So .. problems solved, go buy the new 2014.

or not

Not bad. Front could grow on me but don't feel it's an inprovement. Hood is def a plus. Rear is surprisingly ugly. Def keep my "old" 5th gen.

That hood vent is disgustingly cheap looking...like a total afterthought that some boy wonder thought would look "sweet".
