I went from "IN HOLD" on 10-5 to the InTransit with no car number. But I was not getting stripes or anything.

I'm pretty lucky. I live in Atascadero and work in SLO. I'll get to drive my Camaro over the grade every day! Or I can take the long route over 46 through Cayucos. I can hardly wait...
I placed my order at Paso Chevy (formerly Pete Johnson).
Cheers!

yeah atascadero just a few miles from paso. What a great place, when I was a kid growing up I didn't really appreciate the beauty of the area. Now living in socal I miss it. Should be able to zoom up the grade no problems in the new camaro, a great place to cruise around in the new camaro. You got the beach, winding roads, country cruise, great little towns. Maybe I will have to take the family up there in the camaro for a cruise down spring street in paso like I used to in high school in the 74 SS nova

Sounds like it might have been a QC thing. If they picked your car to look at it would have slowed it up a few days. I'm guessing that you are waiting to be loaded at the yard in oshawa. Some have shown up as In Transit and not had a rail number the first time they popped up. Hopefully with the monday morning update on the tracking site you will get a rail number.

I would call the dealer and see what trucking company they use. If they use AAG then the folks on the where's my camaro thread can track it. Congrats, you almost have it.

Okie- THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!! I was on a camaro ride with a bunch of arkansas people ---just cruzin! (I rode with my sis- which was fun- but dang I wish I had my car!!!) anyway-- we had ran to the mall real quick and I got the message- there we were in the middle of dillards and I scream as loud as I could and told my sis what was going on. We both sat there as happy as we could be with everyone looking at us like we were nuts!!!!

Now that I am home- I printed my window sticker- thought it said manual transmission-- freaked- called my sales person.... who assured me that it was an automatic- and everything was perfect-- and it shipped on 10-9!!!!!! So on Monday I get the tracking info and the arrival date!!!

You are so awesome! Tahnks so much for letting me know my sticker showed up!!!

And if anyone is wondering about the back up sensors--- if your car was produced after 10-1-09 they will have them!

You guys are all so awesome!

I was hoping it had shipped. I think mine had shipped before the window sticker was available.

Anyway, just look under the right hand column of your options, about two-thirds down and you'll see your "automatic 6 speed w/tap shift."

Glad you had a good day. Now you can start another waiting game - the long train ride. Then, you have that final wait, from the railyard to the dealer. That's where my wifes car is... at the railyard since Friday. She was really hoping to get the call today. But, it doesn't look like it will happen.
