So a proud opportunity to make another milestone post at 12,000. Of course I think half of them are mine LOL so that probably doesn't count.

I like the fact that The House always becomes more active as Camaro news becomes more active. Next weeks New York Auto Show sure seems to have everyone hopeful once again.

I think someday we need to take The House live to one of the Fests and have real beverages in place of the virtual ones.

I remain amazed that this thread has stayed interesting for so long. Yes it has its lulls from time to time. We have little moderator corrections, at least that we know of. We have civil discussions about a wide range of topics without offending. But I so think we gravitate here for like minded commeradery.

So not a huge deal to hit 12,000 posts I guess but over several years and staying focused on one single letter in the alphabet we continue.

Well, the sun and moons aligned...YEAH!

Well done Number 3!

And now, as part of this momentous occasion, how about a short requote from our favorite USMC field manouvers friend, Gomer Pyle, who was famous for his "Hoodie Hoo!":

Carry on, Private.

That all said - I'd probably have swung for a 1LE, and forgotten about my sorrows over this hypothetical LS9-powered ZL1. Just glad things worked out the way they did.

My. 02.

I'm all set for another 4-5 years until my car is paid off...then, depending on how the 6th-gen turns out...and what models/engines/performance is offered. I may trade my car in for a new one. We'll see....in the meantime, I'm going to have a helluvalotta fun with the car I've got!!!
I hear you. I should have added a comment after my .02. That is, I love my ZL1 as is. I'd have prefered the LS9 but I still love the car. Hands down, it's the best car I've ever owned.

It gets easier after you let go of the first one... no rush though.

LS9 would do it for me.
