You gotta run with me now! Got my helmet ordered so can't back out now...

We were smoking the tires... note the wavy start on the dyno sheet? ;o)

Very Impressive Don!

Glad to see such nice numbers in a Heatsoaked Blower!! POWA! The torque is what makes it fun, that is huge! Also why I wanted the PD blower!

Do you mind if I ask what the IAT was ?

I will be on a 3.149 Ratio with my setup and the BTR Stage 3 PD Blower Cam.... I am worried about too much boost! 9-10 is what I was targeting and is just about perfect for me.... 11-12 I am worried.

I'm at 10 PSI - IAT2 never got over 125-127* on each pull. Ryan and i thought we'd see 140s, but it came back down nicely. We were starting with IAT2s in the 100s* - not bad at all! The ambient temps were in the low 50s so the blower was in a good heat soak...

Ryan liked the fact I did the cooling mods first... I think that helped alot...

Unless you are road racing, i doubt you'll have too much trouble!

I agree, very good IATs, I have the Afco with Fans, ZL1 pump and rotofab reservoir...we will see how it does, but I am hoping I wont have any heat issues.

The fans help when not moving, you should be good! Flow is the key and if you have the pump run on switched power, it will help a bunch!

I know its not a forged bottom end, but, that is in the future -- have many options, but may go with a custom forged short block depending on how this does on the dyno.

Transmission is doing well so far, but I have that budgeted also.

1 week from tomorrow!

I need to budget for a trans swap. I'm praying the 6L50E makes it through the tuning and dyno pulls so i can make it too camaro fest. Ill cry if she does not

Great numbers! That tq curve looks awesome! Wish I could get some of that haha

You'll get there! That torque curve is something. Car feels light for sure...

Gets the kardashian booty twerking ;o)...

Talking with Ryan, keeping the 6L80 cool is paramount, I'd imagine the same for the 50.

Flows with Ignition, and I have an override switch for whenever I want it.

So.... what Kind of Rubber are you going to go with?!

Road course rubber I know... but hope it is sticky enough for that Torque! Smoking on the 2500lb dyno drum..... she needs some help!

Right now the good years. After I talk with Danny at NCM, probably wheels with slicks, but that is much later ;o)

The smell of burning rubber was interesting, I though it was my new sc belt, then saw the car on the rollers rocking side to side as you can see on the dyno sheet ;o)

I do have drag radials, MT ET Street IIs, but for now, sticking with the Good Years...

Gave her a bath today, and boy, it's fun to drive!

Well, she did great tonight! Running fantastic, Brett and Ryan did an awesome job.

I have the Forced Inductions lid spacer so I'm going to see what I need to do to install it.

GPI is working up a forged/stroked 416 LSA long block with VVT setup for me -- gonna be a screamer...

No, Keeping the 6L80 -- no real reason to change for what I'm doing. Forging the engine, yeah, that is not a bad idea. If did have to do a trans, it would be a 6L90, but for now, I think building up the 6L80 would handle what I'd be doing....

The forged engine is gonna have LS3 Diamond Pistons -10cc -- 10.4 to 1, K1 H-beam Rods, K1/Callies forged/stroked Crank, VVT Custom Blower cam speced to what I'm doing, , Johnson lifters/push rod setup, C5R chain, ARP main and head studs, an LSA block with the oil squirters, GMPP CNC heads, CHE trunnions, BTR Springs with Titanium retainers, Improved Racing's baffle insert for the oil pan -- gonna be a killer setup for sure...

Block has already been purchased, now, getting the engine built in the next couple of months -- should be fun! I'll probably get it after CFest -- early August I'd guess...

I really like VVT and wanted to keep it (without DOD). Hard to complain with VVT based on what I've seen with mine...
