I just want to say too that these are both the best two cars that GM and Ford has ever produced and anyone should be damn proud to be able to own either one. All and all I call it a wash between the two. I really think in the case of these two great cars that the best one is the one that invokes the most pleasure in you. If I was mega rich, i would have one of each.

The mustang may be fast, it's still ugly, sounds and looks european/japanese.
Nothing american in this car. i'd rather buy an M5

So why bring up the M5? Why not say, "I rather keep my awesome 1LE? Not making much sense comparing a 2 door pony car with a lux 4 door sedan.

My AWESOME 2013 1LE :-)
I live in Europe, M5 is just tasteless to me. So is a Mustang. Ford went global ... so did they with look, and sound. I'm not living for other's eyes on my car, but my Camaro is the previous design and 2 years old, and I still get thumbs up and astonished looks everytime I drive it. I've seen a couple of new mustangs around and people ... just don't care, nobody sees the car nor realizes it's a mustang ... At least previous gen looked american ...

I haven't read through all the posts yet but I'll have this to say.
It was fun to watch and that Ford is really sharp looking except for the ass end. However, if that's the best they could do with the number of years ahead of the Z28's design, they're gonna be in big trouble when/if/hopefully the new Z28 comes out. It won't take much to beat the Stang with the 200lb advantage the new camaro design has and whatever else they tweak engine/suspension wise. I also prefer the sound the Camaro. Although loud, the Stang sounds too raspy for my taste. J |

I wonder if this had a difference when they raced the Z.
This update said they had a flat tire a few weeks before this article was posted. Could this mean they ran the same tired from when they first received the car. http://www.motortrend.com/news/2015-...term-update-5/ |
