It moves the two big heater hoses on top of the passenger side valve covers and reroutes them along the side so you don't see them.

I put the Whipple on made 585 hp to the wheels on 8lbs of boost surprisingly the car still feels slow to me

I would say so. U running full exhaust? I started off with the 3.875" pulley and then went to the 3.75" pulley. It made 10PSI max with the 3.875. IDK how much HP the ZL1 pump can handle. Best bet is talk to a tuner with lots of experience.
