Here are the latest details for the Lone Star Camaro Picnic in the park meet:
Mike Lewis Park in Grand Prairie, TX 2600 N Carrier Parkway 1-5pm - We have it all day, but didn't want to wear everyone out. We have 3 small covered pavilions set next to each other. Mark your calendars!! There are grills at the park. NO ALCOHOL and no electricity at the park-FYI. There is a small pond and playground by our area. I have a 2011 Convertible (pics coming soon) and the Flowmaster American Thunder Exhaust. As we know now, they don't go together. Would anyoue (coupes) like to buy the exhaust from me? I will sell it at the current price and free shipping and i will help you install it. I am on the north side of Ft Worth.

Laps for Charity at Texas Motor Speedway
May 7, 2011 3:00pm to 7:00pm is the Car Show Our Lap Time is around 8:00pm to run under the lights!! LATEST INFORMATION - We, as a club, plan on attending both. My TMS contact needs numbers for each part by next Friday, the 25th...SO remind us who's in. This means our lap time will be approx 8:00-8:15pm (UNDER THE LIGHTS!!!) I will also be checking on the viability of grill some hamburgers and hot dogs with all parties involved. More details later... Laps for Charity I & CFF Car Show Saturday, May 7, 2011 Texas Motor Speedway You're the driver when Texas Motor Speedway opens the Speedway to the public for the first time this year. Experience the thrill of driving your car around the 1.5-mile superspeedway all to benefit the Speedway Children's Charities at Texas Motor Speedway. Polish up your special vehicle and come on out to "The Great American Speedway!®" on Saturday, May 7, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. for Laps for Charity III. Take three laps on the 1.5 mile Super Speedway behind a pace vehicle for just a $30 and have your picture taken in Victory Lane for an additional $10. No reservation is needed for the General public time. Car Clubs call today to reserve your group spot. Drivers must be 18 years of age or older. All occupants in a car including the driver must wear a safety belt. Passengers must be 6 years of age or older. Motorcyclists must wear a helmet and must stay on the apron of the track. No passing. Single file only. Pace Car will set the speed limit. New for May 2011 Speedway Children’s Charities is partnering with Christian Faith Fellowship for a Car Show from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. benefiting Speedway Children’s Charities. Entry into the car show is $15 or you can do a combined Car Show/Laps for Charity entry for $40. Twenty-five different classes will be judged and more than Fifty-five awards will be given out.
