Nice Andy. I'm awaiting it and I will then perhaps embark on my E85 Conversion.

I was going to order his return less system. But decided to spend the money and go full return style with twin dw300 pumps. Should solve any fueling issues I will ever have.

Any details on the returnless product? pump size, capabilities etc?

Hanging in there waiting for this to be released so i can make the switch to e85 without going full return style

Why is everyone so reluctant to go return style. I love my setup with the Squash dual 400's

Simpler setup and in my case, I only going to be around 650 NA at the flywheel. So I don't have as big fuel demands.

I imagine cost is a big factor also. I think i dropped over $500 just on kevlar fuel line, not to mention all the fittings etc.

+1. Overall cost should be a lot lower.

If you, not meaning anyone specifically, spend enough money and make enough power to warrant the Squash set-up and then get alligator arms when it comes to buying the best setup then you deserve to have your shit blow up.

It's as bad as all the people that have $100k builds then go out looking for the cheapest race wheels possible. Another important part that shouldn't be skimped on.

The returnless system is an electronic piece that will allow our existing dual pump setups to operate like the OEM system, with a fuel pressure sensor and commanded fuel pressure. You still need to install a fuel filter in the supply line, but otherwise all the other plumbing is not required. For FPR, no return line, etc.

Does this returnless squash setup involve lowering the tank for that crossover tube or whatever it is like the other twin pumps? I already have an access door cut for my zl1 pump
