grounding sparks

Yep those are just grounding sparks that happen between the grounded welding table and the part your welding. Those headers look really familiar... Oh, just like the ones on my car! bolt that stuff on and make some HP!!!

I just finished the install of BFE Headers, BFE Hi Flow Cats, and BFE X-pipe. They're connected up to Borla S mufflers and the sound is absolutely incredible! The weather here in Mass isn't the greatest so I only had a day to play around with them. Cruising on the highway there's a small increase in sound, but step on the pedal to speed up even the slightest bit and the car sounds crazy. At anything near WOT the sound is amazing. The fit was perfect and the only issue I ran into was a problem with the bolts which came with the kit. The threads stopped halfway down the bolt and the nuts would bottom out before the clamps became tight. Easily solved with replacements, but something you may want to check on before getting ready to bolt everything up.

I'm a happy camper with the sound increase, but I probably won't be so happy once my wife goes for a ride with me

anthony@ARH

I want to personally and publicly thank Anthony@ARH for his pm's to me about my headers which are BFE headers.

If anyone is sitting on the fence about what headers to choose, go with ARH's.
He was a big help to me even though they were not his product. He was professional and never bad mouthed his competitor's product.

If I upgrade to the 2" headers in the future I plan on going with ARH.

Thanks again, anthony

My personal "opinion" is, I think ARH is scared of loosing more business and will say or do anything to protect themselves from loosing more market share.

I think ARH should be more concerned about "telling the truth" after the video I viewed on youtube about their CATS that have manufacturing markings from "Canada".

Canada is a great place to live and work and like our Camaro a lot of good stuff comes from Canada. However, when you advertise "MADE IN THE USA" Dont you think you (ARH) should remove the "Made in Canada" marks on your stuff ? .. Dont want to start anything. So I will leave the youtube link out of this thread!

Wow. Im new to Camaro5 and was just looking for some heads cam or blower ideas when I ran into this posting. I wanted to put my 2 cents in. I am a Houstonian and try to buy local when I can. I have a Charger and my new 2010 Camaro. I have both ARH and BFE. I can tell you my experience from both. I have ARH on my SRT8 and after about 4 or 5 months a few of the tubes cracked at the flange and it was making a lot of noise. I had to pay to have someone pull them off and weld them up! Am I pissed? Not really but not happy either!!! So, I decided to buy from a different exhaust company for my Camaro so I went with BFE. Its only been 4 months since I had them installed. The installer told me they were easy to install, they made the power and I love the way they look! So, If I do have a problem this time I am local so I can drive over to BFE and chew their ass. As a buyer of both ARH and BFE I would go with BFE 100% sure for all of my future purchases. my 2 cents.

BFE-ARH

I guess I was not clear.
All I'm am saying is Anthony@ARH was a big help with my questions, not complaints, about BFE headers. And "IF" I upgraded to 2" headers in the future I would go with the ARH's. That's all.

I have no problem with my BFE headers, so far. Once I install them and use them I will report back. My car is in for the winter right now.

When it comes out it will have headers and Phadt stage 5 suspension.

As far as the motor is concerned, I have not decided what horsepower I want yet. I'm thinkin 600 to 700 rwhp right now.
