The Hot Wheels Camaro is best viewed in person. It takes the concept of one of the original Hot Wheels cars and brings it to life. The paint is chrome with a candy layer and clear coat. If GM could find a way to actually produce a limited run of 500 to a 1,000 Hot Wheels Camaros it would sell out faster than the Needless Markup catalog car. The reaction at SEMA when the pulled the cover off was enlightening. It upstaged all the other special builds combined including the COPO drag car.
