Bump this awesome thread!! I am in love with this color. I saw a CRT with grey stripes and grey interior, omg drop dead amazing. My dad is starting to want a vert, I'm trying to push him towards this over IOM.

I'm new to this site.... I'm ordering my 2013 2LT in Crystal Red and I can't decide on the Black or Cyber Gray Stripes. Do either of them look bad in person? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Neither will look bad, I think black may look crt look a lil darker, and grey will make it look lighter

Now if I can just get the body shop to give me a good price on painting the bow ties crystal red, I'll be a happy man!

Hey Senator Atkins I went for the black stripes .. it's like a "matte black" like a sorta "flat black" ..looks great !!! The CRT looks awesome .. although vroompunk has the best pics I have seen on the net .. nothing beats that car in that color in person !! I got mine May 25th.
Also as for the emblems I see them on Ebay alreay painted http://www.ebay.com/itm/Camaro-Paint...342d6a&vxp=mtr

If you want to do it yourself follow vroompunk's instuctions but just as a thought i found this website that premixes CRT in a aerosol can http://www.automotivetouchup.com/cgi-bin/view1.aspx

Thanks Spitseeds... Yes, Vroomapunk is kind of my idol, but I possess zero talent when it comes to that type of stuff. I ordered my custom painted bowties from RPI Designs (rpridesigns.com) for like $99. The pictures on their site looked good. Thanks again for the help.

Go to GMconnects.com It has more updates, Chevy.com only updates 3 times, Gm connects will update almost weekly. And you can go to the tracking thread to order status requests, and put your number. Becky will help you.
