Hey Garc, PQ, and Others....

I signed up yesterday for the Fbody Gathering...

I'm working on finding out if the wife can or wants to go... End of the School Year is a busy time for her... But, I'm hoping to make it... Whether I trailer my car or drive it is yet to be determined... If someone along the way is game, I might trailer it and park the truck and trailer at someones house and drive along from say Mobile or Pensacola area... Any volunteers for some driveway space...

I'm looking forward to seeing some of you for the first time and catching up with others...

It'll fit in my driveway I'm sure. Bonnies Vette can keep it company while we're gone. Bonnie can't make it this year because she has a photoshoot thing that she already bought and bought plane tickets for.

Of course it's still 4 and a half hours from my house. LOL

PQ, Thank You for the Offer... Hope you don't mind a dodge being parked there....I need to google the distance difference between going ten anbd 20... I bet it's less than a hundred miles...

I may seriously take you up on that... I can handle 4.5 hours, but driving Brandi 18 hours or more at a stretch right now isn't something I care to do...

I may by then be fine with it... But we'll see...

Thank You for the offer, though that means I have to drive through Houston, Lake Charles, Baton Rouge... yeechhh...

Got you added! I may be able to help you out with some parking space but I won't know til we get closer! I'm about 1 hour from the gathering. 70 acres of land...I'm fairly sure we could find a spot, just gotta keep it away from the horses.

Can you pm me with where that might be... I was informed they are rebuilding or doing some major renovations to the big bridge in Lake Charles and I would love to avoid Houston Lake Charles, and most assuredly Baton Rouge...

If someone near 20 in Mississippi or Alabama has some space they might be willing to offer up...

And Thank You for the offer...

I could actually go as far as Jackson Miss and then head SE to Mobile and it only adds about 50 to 60 miles to the entire trip... and by passes all the nasty traffic areas...

Yup, and they are rebuilding the big bridge in Lake Charles... I can navigate Houston pretty well, but some of the guys I work with say the Lake Charles bridge can back traffic up to the state line... Plus there is Baton Rouge to deal with... I may take you up on the offer and park the truck there... and cruise with you and whomever from there to ATL...

What day are you leaving to head up there...

Bonnie is trying to reschedule her photoshoot so she can come. If she does then probably around 6 Friday night for an arrival around 9:30 Atlanta time. This way we don't miss but one day.

But, depending on the situation we can alter that.

Ok, I'll keep that in mind... I may try to get up there for the entire thing since it will be my first.. and a three day parking lot party is hard to imagine... I'm really looking forward to this...

Last year I left at 2am Saturday morning because I had to get to Vengeance to tune my car. Got to the hotel and show about noon Saturday. TIRED AS HELL. hahahaha

Bonnie drove up Saturday and got there around 5 pm. We stayed till Monday which we'll do again.

BUT, I could leave Friday morning and Bonnie drive her Vette up Friday night.

Wow would love to finally be able to see your TT SS in person. And thanks for the skid plate info a few weeks back. And if you do take up CamaroKid300 offer we can all ride up together since we live down the road from each other.

Lets communicate about this some more after I get home and get a firm answer from Debbie...

I was debating leaving Texas Wed, but it looks like Thursday would be fine... I could spend the night somewhere along the way and then get up early Friday morning and meet up with you... Piddle around waiting for Bonnie or whatever you want... I''ld hate for her to have to drive by herself... I'm rambling, sorry.. They rode me like junk iron today.... 4.5 hours in a riding belt anywhere from 10 to 140 feet above the deck.... repairing/ replacing and building new hoses for the drill string compensator a tool pusher decided to stretch test this morning... They all friggín failed.... dohhhhh..... Uh, hey Mr. Tool pusher.... when the hoses look like they are stretching, there is somethintg wrong.... friggín STOP...

and Thanks Again Randy
