To be fair, the Mustang has had a bit to get it right with the new model as they get to keep much of the car the same. The 2005 had three recalls and the 2008 had two, but 2009 had none! I didn't bother looking at the others.

I expect to see a recall or TSB more for the Camaro, but it's to be expected with a new model. However, that doesn't make it excusable. I think for sure the 2010 Mustang will probably have less TSB's and recalls than the Camaro.

I think a competition where we don't want to compare what we have now but what we have in the future is a pointless one.
stang owners must focus on the future, the now loses stock to stock

the fact that the mustang has remained largely unchanged has certainly had a positive impact on its having no recalls as of yet. Wait for next year when the new tranny/Engine's are introduced. Assuming they get a M6 next year.

I dont think many people would take a stock 2010 GT over the 2010 SS. The 5.0L should spice things up, but no point in comparing what we dont have.

Nice.

The SS deff looks meaner than the GT, though imo the SRT looks meaner still.

idk when I think mean, I think of sharp bold angles like on the camaro, the chally is very rounded and smooth looking

I know its subjective, but imo the old muscle car style beats the retro for me

that pic does the camaro no justice... but the chally looks good, I would only get the SRT8 if I had to buy one

and guys, im not trying to be mean at all, i love the camaro, im just a stang loyalist.

here is a fact. GM is bankrupt, this means that when mustang goes to the 5.0 at 400hp. both cars will be equal. mustang may have a slight edge due to weight. Camaro will not change its engine within the next 5 years due to backruptcy. this means mustang will match it and both cars will be great. it will be up to mods and driving skill to determine winner.

Ok, just going to tease you a bit. You are no Mustang Loyalist. Shoot, look around..you are in Camaro land trying so hard to convince yourself that your butt ugly Pustang is better than the Camaro when deep down, you really wish you have a Camaro. Come on, stop denying yourself, you really want a Camaro. Mustangs are FUGLY! Takes a Saleen and Roush to make them look good and perform better. Shelby GT500 are nose heavy and useless around a track unless you spend thousands more to upgrade the suspension....The new Camaros are MUSCLE cars with the looks and performance right off the show room floor. Just wait til the after-market stuff catches up with the Camaros. By the time Pustangs get the 400 HP, the Camaro LT will have 404hp.

Re-read that. Its nearly 100% subjective.
