Booked +1. When is the deadline to register our car?

And also if by any chance we need to cancel our reservation when is the deadline to do that without any fees? I was reading about that when i booked but never saw a set day. With something so far in advance its difficult to say nothing will stop me from going.

Resort cancellations can be made with ZERO charge up until 72hrs before check in.

A NO-SHOW will be charged the 1st nights room rate + tax

I have added that info to the OP.

Deadline to register car really doesn't have one at this point. Although sooner is better than way later.

Room is booked and registration sent.

I posted this in the Jacksonville thread. Maybe we can get more than 2 cars to show up.

Not exactly. The resort is set up similar to last year in that each building only has so many 1bdr & 2bdr units. We will be spread out amongst units BUT, We have a fully dedicated rally space for all the cars and vendors for the whole event. We have use of some of the golf carts as well. So it is possible if you choose to that you could park your car in the rally space and never move it again if you didn't want to.
