Buying a house is a waste, in this economy anyways. Besides, from all the constant bills to be paid after the purchase of a house is just retarded.

I lived with my parent and got a Camaro at the time, I was also looking at moving out as well. Until I was in a car accident and the injuries caused me to loose my job, oh not to mention I had to pay the doctor bills up until I received my settlement which was jack shit anyways.

When I said an adult should always pay rent, semantics, rent/mortgage, the point is to be responsible and strive to always do better. Their are always exceptions to the rule. Lived with the in-laws in between jobs/school, still paid a modest rent, and banked as much as possible. Husband was also in a wicked accident, girl had an epileptic seizure, and slammed out of control head on into my husband.
