Thanks for building great cars, mike. I like knowing that you most likely had a hand in building my 1LE. I love it more every day. Great job guys!!! The Camaro wouldn't be a success without your hard work...

Mike,

Retirement is for old guys. Fess up. You're retiring from the Oshawa Camaro Build Team and starting all over at Lansing

Thanks Tom Much appreciated !

Yes I could have had a hand in helping with your 1LE during its build or inspection / quality run . Thanks for your continued support

It certainly would have been cool to be a part of the new 6thgen Although I have to say we have had a good run here in Oshawa , and I'm honoured to have been involved with the current model right from non-saleable pre-production 5thgens , right up to todays King of the Road Z/28 I got to work on VIN # 0001 and if everything works out I will be able to do the final inspection on our very last 5thgen next year

And then it will be time to pass the torch to Lansing , maybe they'll let me take a tour someday !

Not 100% sure what the future holds for me , weather I retire after we build out , or go in September of 2016 ( contract year ) either way i'll have 33 plus years , and it may be time to say good-bye to my 4:45am wake up call !!

The next trip you take that brings you near my home, you'll be our guest. I'll take a wild guess and say you could travel all 50 states and never need to buy a dinner or sleep in a hotel.

PS: I am inviting Mike Judge, not Mike Lee. I guess Mike Lee could come, but only because Deb and I like Sue Lee ;-)

Thanks to everyone to takes the time to stop by and sign the posters delivered to members here and for torquing down the bolts on all of our cars. We definitely appreciate it!

I hope you can find someone in mind to pass the torch onto in Lansing... They have some very big shoes to fill..

Thanks again!!!!
Very well said!

I have owned a '10 LT1, '10 SS and now '13 ZL1 and the build quality on all were/are excellent! Not one issue. You and your team can stand proud every time you see one of these cars cruise down the road. Very well done sir!
Thank you!

Thanks Mike for your labor of love!

Mike, My Zl1 Vert was built back in August 2012 (#1260) and You were nice enough to sign my build sheet for me, for that, I thank you.
Having Super60 sign my build sheet for the car that would be my own 60th birthday present made it even more special.
The fact that BeckyD surprised me by not only delivering it the day before my birthday, invited the entire local Camaro club Detroit5thGen.com to the dealership for the delivery, AND had an entire birthday party for me at the dealership made it THE MOST MEMORABLE DAY of my entire life.

If that weren't enough, I had the worst day ever at work, things had really turned to crap that day and I was afraid of getting fired, but the delivery of the worlds most awesome car ever made and the one I always dreamed of, turned it into the BEST day of my life.

And you were a part of that.

Thank you Mike from the bottom of my heart.

(vin ends in 60, build sheet signed by Super60 and for my 60th birthday)
priceless.
