The pricing is the same no matter if you get the 5x4.75 bolt pattern or the 5x120mm bolt pattern... and either one will work without vibration or lugnut issues.

I have not had any issues nor do I expect any issues with the small difference. As Mark said, get the proper lugs and you'll be fine.

I would have gotten the 5x120 but when I went to Weld's site in January to figure out the part numbers, it was not an option for the 18x11s, only 18x10.5s.

I did the same thing on mine. Ordered from Carlyle about 2 weeks ago. Went with 18" setup all around. Can't wait.
