Anyone know the difference in weight between the G5 z28 spoiler and the OEM z28 spoiler? that g5 spoiler and diffuser are on my wish list.

You aren't going to find much, if any weight savings between the two. They are both extremely light.

Right, I don't expect a big difference, but after seeing Doc's weight reduction thread, it makes you realize that every pound counts.

My guess is they weigh the exact same. If you're looking for weight savings, this isn't the part you want. Cost per pound would be outrageous.

Now, if your looking for a good looking spoiler, my G5 Z28 spoiler is the best looking spoiler over EVER seen on ANY car.

That is one one my favorite thread and had a lot of influence on G5.R.

We have 6 coming in 3 to 4 weeks. Three are already spoken for so my recommendation is place the order asap. Most likely they will all be gone by the time we receive them.

Nathan, did you say the 1LE splitter would not work unless we already had one for the mounting hardware, or did you update that post and I missed it?

Thanks

and trust me it's the first thing people notice on my car and say wow that looks incredible and then they look at the rest of the car and see all of the other pieces.

If I were going to start purchasing pieces it would be the front splitter and then ZL1 spoiler with the Wickerbill from Kurt @ Aerosports. Then move on to the rockers and rear Diffuser.

and of course the hood which would be the final piece in the puzzle.
Thanks. I just got a Z/28 stlye rear spoiler and was going to hit up Kurt for his wicker bill later. Really looking to do a splitter soon, then the diffuser would look killer with my AGM.

Your ride is sick btw. Nicely done!

Hey Guys, FYI, we have 10 Z/28 spoilers coming in two weeks, 2 are unspoken for. Some guys have been waiting three months!

We also have there of the V hoods coming in two weeks. One is unspoken for.

2 of the lower grilles will be in that are unspoken for. So here your chance to get one without the wait.

Any new parts are going to be a while as Seibon is swamp with a bunch of new parts being made for SEMA this year. They are holding off on making any other parts for the fifth gen till after the show in November. We will keep you posted.

We had three roof come in that will be shipping out next week. One is going to a Z/28, the other to a ZL1 and the last one to a 1LE. So we have everybody covered. Bruce Raymond from Raymond's Performance has done two of them and didn't even have to remove the head liner. He is actually doing a build thread on the Z/28 they did with a DIY on the install. It a pretty simple installed.
