Isn't it awesome? I ordered in February and was very patient but my order didn't move forever and it got harder and harder, but it finally moved and now it's so close. Soon our babies will be born and on their way home.

Yeayeah!!! My dealer called today to follow up with me(FREEDOM CHEVY ROCKS!!!). These guys so far are the exact opposite example of most people's experience with Chevy dealer. Since day one they have been so cool. He didn't tell me much different than what I already know from the VIZ! But, he said I should have a VIN early in the week most likely, and expect to be in my car by the 3rd week of Aug. Which is what I about predicted anyway, but hearing it from him eventhough he may not be 100% was awsum. I have heard of cars being delivered much faster and passing QC really quick. I asked him to keep and eye on the RS packadge. I know the RS is still on the workbench but you never know, I would hate for this to happen to me. I told him to do a triple check on the RS, I just want my car to be what I ordered and not a damn thing different.

That sux, call him make sure he knows you want it. Well atleast you have buds like us and especially the VIZ to keep you updated.

He knows, plus he has my $500 deposit.
He answers my emails sometimes.
But never called me to keep me informed.

ordered march 7, went 2000 june 29, went 3400 july 20 and found out yesterday it was just delivered to the dealer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me too, Me too! 8/3 starts in just 2 days, wonder how long after it's made that we can check for a VIN, the following week you think?

The same day or a day or two affter max and you should be able to grab the vin. My buddy found his vin and it shipped two or three days later and got to him in about 8 or 9 days total. Assuming there is no prolonged QC hold these things move pretty fast for the most part now.

It's going to be hard to get through the day on Monday.

I'd say it's gonna be kinda hard the whole week until we got our VINs
