Palmer, do you ever correct your boss?

You should... often. They appreciate it

But I would like for you to make your points as clearly as possible, so take that suggestion or don't. Do you see how easy it is to critique others? I'm just saying it's a waste of time. But, whatever, I'm done. I'll be content to sit back and watch now.
Yup. See. Everybody hits a wrong key (or misses a right one) now and then. I rarely comment on the obvious "oops" ones. You can usually tell whether it's an "oops" or a flat out error. Also, sentence structure is important and can change the intended meaning - your suggested structure is better. Thank you.

I correct anyone whom I feel might benefit from it and, yes, I have corrected bosses in the past. Many times they asked me to review their work and correct as necessary. Somehow, I managed to climb pretty high in a 31 year career and am now happily and comfortably retired.

6banger is one smart cat, and he uses his intelligence with wisdom, a rare treat indeed!

It's a rare individual that doesn't master the english language in school, then later in life thanks a person for correcting their poor grammar. If a person feels the need to correct someone it should be done in the privacy of a PM.

I've had some fun with this thread, and if I upset anyone, well, that reinforces my point. :einsteinhadafunnyaccent:

We all need to be reminded sometimes to treat our fellow Camaro heads with respect and kindness.

I did not know that. But now that you mention it, yes. I always thought it was more of a Southern, poor grammar thing than a regional deal.
