If Miami gets rid of Ellerbe now would create 5.65M or designate a june 1st cut would create 8.45M. So i'm pretty confident he will be gone.

Ellerbe and the other guy (I can't think of his name) are out. Give it a minute.

I'd much rather see them take Ngata personally... but if Suh was available for the right price, he instantly changes our defense's dynamic overnight.

Colts are still possibly in play for Brandon Marshall as well...
Suh wants to be the highest paid defensive player in football which is JJ Watt of Houston. He is paid $100,000,000 for years. So I guess it will take about $120,000,000 to get Suh.

Neither can we (Miami) afford that price or do I think it's worth it.

Houston has had JJ for a while now and they also had Mario too. They haven't been playoff regulars. It takes more than one great player to make a team. I'd rather a bunch of good players.

That's EXACTLY what I've been saying. Makes zero sense to me. Cowboys don't want anything long term with Demarco.

Pay him what he's worth.. the Franchise Tag makes all the more sense, it's a 1 year thing, pays the man and then we can focus on Dez.

Not sure why we didn't already restructure Sean Lee AND Brandon Carr to make Dez's contract that much easier.

Raiders Cap space is currently at $54,696,067 and will increase about $13 million after they release Schaub, Woodley, & Jones-Drew.

Up until last year they were in cap hell, with a lot of dead money from dumb contracts Al gave players.

They had $55 million of dead cap money in 2013 & $29 Million in 2012.

So they better be big players in FA this year. I would like to see them go after Suh or Knighton, Hardy, & McCourty on the defensive side and Cobb or Maclin and Julius Thomas on the offensive side.
