We don't have an official count but we know there was at least 350 cars there throughout the day. Next year we're talking about setting up some sort of counter so every car that enters the lot will get counted. At Kensington Metro Park it was a lot easier to count because everyone was more confined - Bakers is so big and open it's hard to get an accurate count.

KMSRS2SS I am positive it was not you. You don't own a Silver Trans Am at least not that I know of and we both have met you and taken pictures of your car as well no worries there. Perhaps you where not in the same area we where. It was around 2pm that we where walking in the main parking lot down on the main row where they had the cones set up so you could not go out that way with a tent set up just on the right. Just a few selected people only. Everyone else was wonderful and it was nice to meet people with their Camaro's and Trans Am's. I know someone had come up to shake her hand and tell her they liked her pictures that must have been you. I believe at that point I had turned around and was onto another car lol! Its a Halo thing I am telling put Halo's on in front of me and hang it up for the rest of the day. I will be where the Halo's are. If anyone was wondering what we trying to get you guys to as you where leaving it was to turn on your Halo's long enough for us to get a shot of them.

skuttduck - Love the transformer hanging down from the hood! Got
some nice shots of your car!

Since I know most of you will be at Camaro Superfest. Highbeam and I will be attending this event. Its my first so I am hoping to get some great shots of your camaro's. I hear this is a real nice event to attend.

For anyone who is looking for a nice event tonight may I suggest Grand River Cruise tonight on Grand River between Farmington and Orchard Lk in the Bellacino's Parking lot. I shoot there usually every Monday night for the gang. The weather is nice today no rain nice temps beautiful sun. Going to try to bring my little one to see if I can get her around some cars. Time of the show starts at 5pm and runs anywhere from 7pm - 8pm.

Yes that was me, both of you guys were getting pictures of my friends custom stripes, and then took a few of mine...with the halo's on of course. I think we went up on the hill (in the back) shortly after that to get a few pictures of Rob's 79 with mine...that must have been when the burnout occurred. I'll try to make it tonight to the cruise and be sure to introduce myself...in a non stalking creepy sort of way...LOL.

ROFL ok look forward to chatting with ya. I won't be out till about 5:30pm - 5:45pm right in there and I don't think Highbeam will make it till then either. I'm working on Stormtroopers (I've been told they are changing their name on here to Stormtrooper which fits the car) working on their photo's now and I will get to the others tonight. I did get some really great shots of peoples cars. If you look for other pictures of your cars their on my own webpage on http://community.webshots.com/user/SierraOfRivenlock which is where Sat's F-Body pic's will go.

As someone who doesnt have kids, why was a 5 year old girl out of sight of the parents? Not to mention ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE OUT OF FBODIES TO BEGIN WITH. When does the parent have to take responsibility for their child? Not trying to put "blame" on you but in no way is this 100% the burnout dudes fault. He made a mistake, and admitted it publicly.

A bunch of cars, muscle cars mainly. Burnouts happen. Why is this guy being made an example of?

And language...have you watched TV lately? Better yet, go to a school and hang out. The language is much worse than anything sponsored by MIFBODY. Brian does a great job and for the most part we are a great group.

Lol, no it wasn't you Just this one guy with a silver Trans Am (turns out the car he claimed was his was actually his friend's not his!) who even played an obnoxious area code/phone number/city guessing game trying to pry any info out of me that he could... I had to bs to him that I was married just to get him to finally bugger off! Ugh... So annoying...

As someone who already has an Autobot car, lol, if you're going to run with the Cliffjumper idea, you have to go all out Emblems just like the official Transformers edition, even if they're not permanent, and think about that custom plate too

First off, the little girl was close to me as I told her to get behind me as we both cleared out of the path of the Camaro. I'm very protective of her and she sticks to me like glue. Her mom was to my right. We were all plenty out of the way and it still was too close for comfort.

Second, it's not because he did a burnout. It's because of where he did the burnout and the timing. Full parking lot with a ton of cars and people wandering around, too close quarters to perform a burnout. All other people that did a burnout did so on the main driveway away from all the parked cars, or in the main road. He has apologized here and I accept that.

Third, Brian does a great job hosting these events. I was at one last year and loved it. However there was a select group of younger people who made some pretty uncalled for comments directed at Panther while her child was present and could hear. It's just plain rude.

nascarnate326 - first and foremost she was left with Highbeam. I would never leave my daughter just standing around ever without someone to watch her. Second I had myself between him and Highbeam who had my daughter. They where walking out from behind me when he took off and 3rd there where tons of pictures taken of this burnout that was not allowed in the first place. Nobody is blaming Brian in fact he took action right away. 4th if you had seen me after he took off after the burn out most of you know I ran after him because I was mad as can be. The point is there was no burn outs allowed. You do not do a burn out in a small area like that with people all standing there and kids not to mention the people that had their dogs standing right there. I do have plenty of pictures. I was taking his photo of his car coming down the lane I had no clue he was going to do a burn out till he put his foot on the gas and let her go all to quick for any actions to be taken at that time. It might not have even been my daughter he could have hit it could have been anyone not to mention he could have hurt himself if he crashed his car. I am not saying he would but lets face it things happen and people do loose control of their cars sometimes. But to say that I left my daughter just standing around well maybe perhaps you better go back to page 4 here and start to read the comments that where left by others before you nail me for leaving my little girl. I left her in safe hands period not unattended and Highbeam will step up to the fact that she had her. She just was not expecting to have to grab her up off the ground like that. For another thing he could have hit me since I was right in front of him when started. If you guys all need pictures I am sure we can provide them as I do have them and Highbeam already posted that picture of him whipping by on her webpage of what not to do in a crowd of people just look at their faces. Please never ever accuse me of leaving my child unattended because I do not ever do that. Like I stated before I don't even hardly ever bring her out on a photo shoot ever and the one time I do this is what happens. Thank you. You asked how come this is being made a example of? Well that is because there are rules in place so people don't do that and don't get hurt. Brain had stated over the CB announcer that there was no burn outs allowed. There are signs posted up in that lot and down on the drive out no burn outs. Do you not follow rules when you are at a show?? If you don't follow rules then perhaps you should not go is my point. This is suppose to be a fun family event or at least I thought it was. I do not expect to go and here dirty mouth language. If you ask me to come do a photo shoot of your car at a event would you want me around you if I was swearing up a storm? It looks very bad not to mention that would create poor business. Now 4SD FED has apologized to myself and to form. I had dropped this because now I think its between him and I and personally I would like to meet him in person and shake his hand so he knows that even though I was angry because she could have been hurt or myself for that matter or anyone including him I want him to know there are no hard feelings. I also think for something like this when you say your sorry perhaps doing in person is much better. I didn't say anything here on the form till people started posting comments about what they saw with me and my little girl and Brian had already said he is not welcome back so it was not until then that I said something and if you notice so did Highbeam and a few other people who saw the whole thing. Since you don't know me please don't be so quick to judge that I just left my child unattended without someone with her while I was taking photo's of 4SD FED car. Highbeam is always with me if I have her in tote with me again very rare but she nor I would ever leave my daughter unattended. Again take note I was in front of his actual car which he started that burn out which is something he stated himself when he took off that is why he didn't see my daughter because I had put myself between his car and my child that was with Highbeam. Please go back and read some of those comments before telling me I need to take responsibility for my child.

I see highbeam beat me to this. It was not just the name calling they did at me. I actually did not mention that on the form because they where doing it to a lot of people that where walking by. They had no clue who I was I am sure and I know I did not know them but then I noticed it was not just me it was almost everyone that walked by. I just found that rude. Let me state this ok first off I don't want anyone thinking that the whole show was horrible it was not. Actually other then those few issues I had a great time meeting people and photographing their cars and so forth. People where friendly the cars where awesome and so forth. Like I have said I would like to meet 4SD FED if he is willing in person at a show is fine and talk with him no harsh words k just a thank you for telling me how sorry you where and a hand shake. I believe him when he says he did not see her. That was my concern she is little and yeah like I stated if he and swung just a little more to his left yep he would have hit her and a few other people and taken some of your nice cars out as well which he knows this he said lesson learned. Maybe we can meet at a show and shake hands and he can say hi to my daughter and let her see his car without it moving ( the moving part is meant to be funny k. Its best to laugh some of this off right now before this all gets out of hand and say lesson has been learned here.) Yes Highbeam is right where not nailing 4SD FED over and over again ok just the burnout issue period.

Correct. Anyone could have done this, or could pull a stunt like that at any event at any time. We accept 4SD FED's apology and everything he's had to say. We have moved on from that. What we are saying is that people need to be more careful and abide by the rules to avoid any potential dangerous situation.

And don't judge a situation you did not witness. Those who witnessed it know exactly what happened and that's all that matters. The show was pretty nice except for those few incidents.

I saw a picture of your jeep with the autobot symbol. I suppose you could call your vehicle either trailbreaker or hound. Hound was a military jeep though, and he was my first ever transformer I got for Christmas.

My wife thinks I should get the transformers emblems and the custom plate too.

Hey all - let's give it a rest. Rod apologized and I feel we're beating a dead horse here. Rod is welcome to come back to the Meet & Greets and I'm sure he'll use better judgement when deciding to roast the tires a bit. No need for more drama or discussion on it or give the show a black eye.

Let's concentrate on what a great day it was, that we had great weather, and we had the largest show yet (350+ cars!!!).
