The 93 to 97 model years were slow as hell, ask anyone.

I never been told that but if you beat a v8 mustang with your v6 camaro , they must be slow!

WOW! that is an embarrasment to the v8 god! geeze, so much for the "compeition" when the z had almost 90hp more

Well no, at that time the z only had 275 horsepower.
But still...it's 60 more than the 'stangs.

Yeah my old 96' RS hung with the GT's . I can't remember what they were running at the track but I want to say in the low 17's (Bandimere elev 5800)

It is four months later and I am responding to this post, but it is still awesome. I feel much better know that a modded V6 can do some hurting. I cant wait just to even get a hold of one. Good stuff.Gooood Stuff.

The engine in my 86 camaro only had 210 horsepower stock... But it was probably closer to 275 or a bit more when I sold it...
