Got an update a couple days ago saying she was off the ventilator for about 16 hours for the day, which is a huge improvement! Sounds like she's also been able to take a step or two. She's too weak to pretty much do anything else. Just breathing on her own wears her out. I'm hoping she'll be able to come home in the next couple months!

I'll have a better update this weekend when I see her family for her fundraiser auction/dinner.
