Already have. Best so far is 13.31 @ 106 mph with a DA of +4086 ft. DA corrected to 12.67 at 110.7 mph.

Guys- I got this from another message board here in town. Very sad story in reference to the car show listed above.
__________________________________________________ _____________________ Hi Everyone: It is always hard to send out an e-mail when it is bad news. As you may have heard, there was a bad accident right after the Octopus Car Wash Car Show last Saturday afternoon. One of our friends in the Classic Chevy Car Club, Ginny Hester, was entered in the show and after the show she was leaving to go home driving west on Valencia. It was believed that she may have been cut off, swerved hitting the median curb and lost control of their '55 Chevy coupe and the car rolled twice. She was ejected from the car and the car rolled over her. The Jim Click Racing hauler was there at the show and a couple of the crew members rushed over to help her. They got her out and attempted CPR and tried to help with her care. Thank you guys for doing what you could. When the paramedics arrived she was treated and they had to use the paddles to start her heart but she died on the way to the hospital. She was 68 years old. She and her husband "Spud" are very active in our car community and were the ones who helped start the Classic Chevy Club here in Tucson. There are many of us in SAMC that have known Ginny and her family for many years. There will be a Memorial for Ginny at St. Phillips in the Hills on May 22. I don't know any other information but I will get it out to everyone when I know more. If there is going to be flowers at the memorial, I would recommend the club send a nice flower arrangement. Car club people are always great and Ginny was one that we all enjoyed very much. God Bless her and our hearts go out to the Hester family. Dave |
