Thank you!

As for the FB issue... Some people just don't get it. I would have posted the same thing as you.

Number 3, here's what I am thinkin'. The Z06 will cost more than the Z51. That ride has not been disclosed yet. I presume they will build it. Z51 is badass...no doubt. Chevy skunkworks are cooking up something special for Z06 and ZR1. No reason they won't. I think the base C7 "Vette is around 52K. Add 2,800 for the Z51 package, final price depending on trim level/options. I honestly believe the Z/28 will come in somewhere around that and the ZL1...I was hoping around 59k after the Leno interview, but in all reallity, it could eclipse that. Just throwin' numbers around....

Ok, first The House had fallen to number 15.

Second, I priced my C7 and came out to $67,770........................DOH!!!!! But still probably less than the Z/28 by my guessing.

Also did you see the MT guys tested the C7 Z51 against the Viper? Interesting results.

The Z51's handling and braking are incredible. I would have preferred they compare using a Z51 with MR, NPP & 1LT, not a loaded C7.

It will be interesting to see the Z06. Despite extra HP how much better will it perform?

Hard to imagine a better chassis. But I'm sure it will be "LOWERED" just a bit and I can guess some better brakes or at least optional carbon ceramic.

I think a 100 more HP and up, slight tweaks to the chassis and optimum brakes would pretty much seal the deal.

But the first year Z06 cost what the Z51 LT2 I priced out. So I'm afraid any Z06 will just wave at 100Gs on the way by..................making the Z/28 seem almost CHEAP by comparison.

,,,one can be frugal, or throw in cherries and nuts, with extra whip cream. Performance isn't cheap by todays standards. Toss in some goodies and OMG, price sticker shock. I think, and I am usually wrong, but....the Z/28 will be affordable by the Corvette upper tier price standards. Attainable? <allocation> That's the question....

Yeah, it's obvious Chevy has set their sites much higher than before. Still good value, however pricier. I can't imagine better brakes than these, 60-0 in 99'.

I'd bet better wheels, tires, brakes and maybe DSSV dampers if they work out on the Z/28, obviously more HP but hopefully without AFM. Standard eLSD and Recaros.

The Z51 already trounced the Viper everywhere, but power. Add even less than comparable power and its NO contest.

On a little road trip this weekend in Michigan. Saw a few interesting things.

A 2014 Jeep Cherokee which looks better in person.

3 2014 Malibus with manufacturers plates running what I'm guessing was mileage accumulation on I75. Front makes the car look more premium but the rest of the car is.....well.....still not a Fusion.
