Just finished the Hurst shifter install. Very happy with the quality, though I think I'm going to want a weighted knob. Too bad the Hurst ones are so freakin' expensive.. I have half a mind to drill and tap a ball bearing instead. Hehe.
Also, I thought I was going to get away with not having to lower the transmission, but the old shifter wouldn't clear the driveshaft until I dropped it about a 1/2". Then it fell right out without warning. And now I have a bump on my forehead...

Today I paid GM 400 bucks to damage my car and not actually fix the thing I brought it in for.
Nice day. I think I'll go scream at some trees.

Did a quick inspection and found more things to replace and fix. New drivers side mirror since mine is starting to split, repair the front splitter, oil change, buff out some scratches, it never ends.

Went to Race Wars AZ. It was pretty awesome, except when a Mustang blew his engine and delayed a crap load of races.

Got my Vitesse Throttle Controller in the mail today, installed in about 40 minutes running the control set into my center arm rest out of sight, got in, put it to SP9, and Holy Carp, awakened the beast!

Here's a nub question. I just upgraded my '14 1LT LT Coupe to a '14 2LT RS Coupe. I've read about the dual mode exhaust option. I've noticed when my RPM's are over 3000 the exhaust comes alive but it is nice and quiet at lower RPM's (which I like). That said, I'm assuming this is the exhaust. I also recently added a B&N cold air intake. That has significantly changed the engine roar at higher RPM's too. In the end, I don't see on the dealer sticker that the dual mode was an added option. How would I know other than from that sticker if the dual mode performance exhaust is part of the package. The 2LT RS has every option except the nav in the radio. Thanks for any help!

This isn't really the right place to ask, but the dual mode has 4 outlets instead of two.

Took the 5th Gen Camaro fender badges off and put on some black 1st gen replica badges and repainted my rear spoiler.
