at night, when you are just relaxing at watching TV. Lay in the floor and just relax and stretch out, back, legs, neck and shoulders.

Shoulder has been bothering me ever since I rowed the 160's...

Trying to keep plugging along 2.5 more weeks then I'll be off for 9 days. I've blown up this year because I've been eating some not so good things for me, consistently, combined with not running, and I blew up to an all time high of 227lbs about 4 weeks ago.

Tightened things up and was 214 this past Friday...like to get back to 205 ish by the time my break comes.

well I hope your shoulder gets better. that's great you've been able to lose the weight, I'm sure you'll get to your goal before the break if you stick with it like you've been doing.
