Content in this thread and the other 2 on this forum as well as many other forums speak to the value, quality and performance of the Original Interchiller System. Our ongoing R&D , Freon Distribution Fitting, hard line CNC adapters and advanced wiring harness set us apart from any competition.

It is not recommended to horizontal mount Freon to liquid H/E Cores it may cause oil retention resulting in reduced system performance. Our new for 17 Freon Distribution Fitting 100% cures this for Horizontal and Vertical mounted Interchillers. Also we have record setting performance results with both IAT and AC vent temperatures on cars with the recommended cooling modifications. CAI, Thermal Spacers and Coolant Reservoir as shown by Levi on Camaro5.

^^^^^^^^
Levi with a built ZL1 turning 18psi has run our Chiller since 2015, called me Friday about another matter with an Email to follow and here is just one paragraph.

"I have nearly 500 1/4 mile passes with the Xtreme chiller. I keep records of the outside air conditions and notes about performance for every run in my log book. The car is consistent enough to win in Pro and King Street and I have lots of data for every single run the car has ever done."

Just like to update that my Zl1 was the quickest and most consistent 5th gen at the local club track rental. I also won a trophy bracket race and wentto the 1/8th finals in the pro bracket class last weekend. The chiller is a game changer in this scenario and works flawlessly! Couldn't be happier and proud to buy a chiller from the USA!
2 weeks.

The only time you should need the HX is when the A/C is off. Anyone looking at getting an interchiller should take a look at Active Interchillers. They are American made and Dave has only been a phone call away to answer my questions!
7+yrs since we invented the Interchiller system. ZL1 Xtreme Chiller, 2.5' of AC hose, 100% bolt on with stock H/E and no AC hoses cut. We have the only complete Interchiller kits with wiring harness, LED, no drill switch mount, display and new Freon Distribution Fitting.

Can someone please explain how this all works? When i have your interchiller system connected,it starts the ac automatically and cools the supercharger and maybe once the rpm's are high (drag racing etc) the ac compressor switches off?

Interchiller system comes on automatically anytime AC is on then Competition switch turns off Freon to cabin for track use. 100% passive install the kit and forget about high IATs. Yes computer turns off AC at high RPM or WOT but coolant is so cold it will carry you down the track. Congratulation on your ZL1.

Looking for a 16+ Super Charged Camaro to fit the Xtreme Chiller, must be 134A. All the fittings are made just need to install a kit for hose lengths and brackets.
