How much shipped to 23320. Can u clean them up a bit hard to see any defects with all that dirt

For the life of me I don't understand why someone would not take the time to clean the items they want to sell. I am thinking they would be much more attractive and might get a lot more interest.

I have these wheels and they do show brake dust big time! They are tough to keep looking good. Maybe his goal was to keep it real in his posting? I did melt my front center cap out on a PHDE day in Phoenix. I wish I could stuff the OEM Z28 center caps into these.
