From my past experience, if you have fast internet and a fast PC, you have a better chance at getting one. I have noticed this recently, when the pages of Chevrolet.com load very fast, I have received one.

I also have been trying to get one for a VOLT, my Volt is due to arrive on Friday. I have built over 100 cars, trucks, suvs, on the chevy site now. one of these times I will get the offer instead of the request a quote. if some one gets one before I can here is my info thanks.

WOW it is true! I got one today after about 30 min of trying. I built a impala 2lt and then hit refresh about 30+ times. I will be getting a Volt the weekend sweet.

I got one using Firefox, popups enabled, after clearing my cache. I've been trying all month. I built a 2LS camaro a few times using zip code 44501 as advised in another thread and it just wasn't popping. Sitting at the summary page I clicked on the model overview then photo gallery, back to model overview and the computer was just sitting there when it finally showed up.
