Always check with the film's manufacturer. Generally, car soaps are pH balanced and should be okay - I have NEVER heard of any car soap causing problem on any film. Even most spray waxes, sealants and carnauba waxes should be okay. As long as the don't feature abrasives (polishes like cleaner/waxes) or heavy solvents (outlawed in 2002) you will be fine.
