Of coarse having it be told as a fantasy of the 2 guys narrating plays into what most men want anyway, fast cars and beautiful women. Or is it fast women and beautiful cars. I married my one and only beautiful woman over 25 years ago, now I want my fast car.
Thank you! You got the point.

We walk a very fine line here - if you make the commercial into "it's all about muscle" - you immediately turn a huge percentage of prospective buyers off.....

First another silly tie in with a movie about giant robots and now some kids talking over random scenes. I mean, dont get me wrong, its nice to see the car in action, but really so far the small amount of marketing the car has had, has not impressed me.

Now those commercials from GM in South America were awesome.

Only problem I have with it is its a bit sexist and too "guyish."

But I'm gonna go ahead and say it, most people who buy a Camaro are men. And the women that do probably wouldnt be offended by this.

Love the new commercial. One of my daughters is a fourth grade teacher (for real) so when she sees this commercial she'll be asking for my wheels.

Good for you. That has to feel awesome.

For those who say GM has not done enough to market the Camaro . . . While I agree GM has not done a lot to market the Camaro, I have to say that what they have done is pretty well thought out. Besides, so far, this vehicle has sold itself. Why spend money on marketing something they couldn't keep on the shelves? Add to this the fact that for some people, part of the attraction to this vehicle is the fact that not everybody and his sister has one. No offense to mustang owners, but you see a heck of a lot more mustangs than you do Camaros. Because of that most people don't give mustangs a second look. Again no offense to mustang owners, I would love to have a Shelby GT500 in my garage next to my Camaro.

Anyway, I do like the commercial. Heck, I say put some more out there. I want the Camaro to succeed. Not only so I can keep buying them, but because the competition is very good for us as consumers.
