I love the ZL1 but that's a embarrassment . My ws6 Trans Am ran 13.1@109 and this car with over 250 more hp can only run 2 mph faster? I dont care if you miss three gears and cant figure out witch pedal is the gas you should still run better then this.

Sure... for trap speeds. But not for the race. Showing up w/ DR's just made any stock for stock analysis worthless. We all know the GT500 is faster. |

From a roll yes but judging by the 60ft he had with dr's I would only assume it would be much worse on the street with stock tires, I can't wait to see some dig races(in mexico)with a auto(zl1) vs the gt500.

Geez, whatever happened to practicing at a Test n Tune? Those are terrible ET's for the ZL1. The driver needs some serious practice. Those are also bad 60-fts for the GT500 considering he had DR's; he needs practice as well.

Theres no more sugar coating it, Drs or stock tires. The Mustang is in a class of its own for now. You can slap Drs on a ZL1 it still won't be faster than a GT500. Now pass the kool aid please...

gt500 is ~.5 faster than a ZL1. Drag radials cut ~.5
this result should suprise nobody. truth be told times were at least ~.5 slower for both cars than they should have been. could easlily be track prep. we have been told all along that a GT500 on dr will be a 10 second car. I have seen 11.2 so at 11.6 is a fast time in comparison to a ZL1 that is stock is slow time for what he brought. if I showed up on DR in my Z06 and threw down 11.6 I would not be jumping for joy I would be eitehr scratching my head or whining about the track prep.

This is what happens when a 2012 ZL1 and 2013 ZL1 were built to close together. 2013 ZL1 should have had some improvements.
