this oddly looks identical to the elite catch can with a slightly different bracket.

When do we get the details of the inner workings?

Can the interior of the can be disassembled for cleaning? Also is there a baffle mesh inside the can? Curious on the internals? Is it possible to have a straight connector rather than the right angle which is on the side of the can? This way to have both top and side hose connectors facing towards the firewall. I have been on the fence between getting the elite, moroso and mishimoto baffled can, But this looks more factory to me than anything else I have seen and I like the looks! Thanks

It is a billet aluminum can with a screw off bottom like the Elite but that is where the similarities end. Below is a side-by-side exterior comparison. Next week we will post detailed information about how the can functions and it's features.

Yes, it can be completely disassembled. It does have a filtration chamber with stainless steel media and multiple internal baffles. The can has three outlet ports so it can be configured however you need it, single outlet or dual, and using whichever outlet ports work best for your set up. Jeremy could reconfigure his to use one of the side ports so that the 90 degree fitting would be facing the firewall. Hex head screw in caps are included so that you can cap off the unused ports.

I guess you managed to get some details out of me.

That looks very nice, I could live with that. So tempting to finally order a catch can. Braided lines as an option?

Is there an F.I specific can? Looking to replace my cans from that "other" company.

I will be switching the side hose around this weekend to see if I like it any better facing towards the firewall.

One of the unique features of our catch can is that it has three outlet ports so it can be configured however you need it. All hardware needed for a single outlet install is included and you will have the option to add an extra outlet fitting for FI applications that require it. Hex head plugs are also includes to cap off any outlets not in use.

I assume your can has had vacuum leaks out of the check valve fittings on top of the can? I had non stop vacuum leaks and no amount of Teflon tape would hold a vacuum. I even added O-rings to the valves before screwing them back in, but they still were leaking, but were much better. I ended up sealing them a urethane adhesive which has worked.

But I like the design of this can apex have presented. Might have to switch after my wallet recuperates.

Should be available as a separate item soon. Will be in "kit" form, specific for ZL1, SS (LS3 or L99), etc. Probably sometime next week.
