Ok, so he wasn't arrested. I was seriously wondering what kind of charges could be brought up against him. Civil suit, for sure...without question. Criminal ??? Nah...don't see how it could be. Oh well...guess it is true that GM does have something in the works! That's a plus!

Something will happen. GM's lawyers are foaming to get to this person. rightfully so, should have known better........

Any decent lawyer can get him off the hook on that one... unless all of the workers at Lufthansa signed some kind of a confidentiality agreement (which is probably not the case). I mean come up GM, how stupid do you have to be to leave a "top-secret" project unguarded so that a shipping and receiving clerk has the opportunity to snap photos.....
