2014 front bumper conversion questions - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I've been on here for about an hour and mainly find conversions on the ZL1 bumpers fitting 2010-13 models. There was someone on here selling their SS bumper and was interested in putting it on my v6. I know it's possible and I will need new grilles. Is there anything else that I would need? I assume it should just bolt up, right?

I put an SS bumper on to my 2014LS no problem. Didn't even need a new grille. All the bolts are the same. Only difference is that the cowl lines on the bumper don't line up with the LS hood. You would also have to do some work to add fog lights if you want those. But that's just aesthetics. If you don't care about that then you're good.

As far as I know the ZL1 bumper wouldn't be a direct bolt-on, you'd have to make some modifications because of the different grille size. I think you actually have to get the ZL1 headlights to make that work too but I'll defer to anyone else who as actually tried that.
