Currently seeking meet points and pit stops!

The North Eastern Camaro Club (NEOCC) is planning on setting up points starting from Akron, Ohio. Anybody from PA, NY, Canada, etc... are welcome to join us!

But! If members here would like I can set up something starting from Toledo area as well and we can meet together south of Cincinnati. I will need someone to possibly take lead on the Toledo run, so seeking volunteers lol!

Camarovan Rules!

No Speeding - Any tickets or violations are on you!
No Racing - It is a long trip, but we do not condone street racing. Especially with so many cars!
Be considerate to other Motorists - Everyone has a job to go to or places to be, please drive with respect!
Keep a safe following distance - We don't need any accidents happen to our rides!
No Burnouts - Please respect all locations we stop at.
No Littering - Pick up after yourself, we do not need to leave our trash when we leave!

Frequently Asked Questions:

How often will we stop?

We plan to stop every two to three hours until we arrive. So every 120 to 200 miles.

Where will we stop?

We will either stop at rest areas or places with large parking lots and easy access to the interstate.

How long will each stop be?

Each stop will most likely take 30-60 minutes.

Stop 1: Sunbury, OH (108 miles; 1 hour 40 minutes)

McDonalds/Tim Hortons Parking Lots
7332 OH-37

Directions:
Take I-71 south
Exit 131 and make right at light
McDonalds will be on the left

There is extra parking in the rear.
A quick stop to meet members from the Cleveland and surrounding areas.

Arrive: 8:40
Depart: 9:15

Stop 2: Washington Courthouse (63 Miles; 1 hour)

Tanger Outlets
12377 Old U.S. 35
Washington Court House, OH 43160

Directions:
Take I-71S to exit 65.
Turn left at the end of ramp
Turn left into the Outlet Center. Once in the lot make a left and park along the interstate.

Quick meet up with people from Columbus and surrounding areas. Also feel free to fuel and/or grab a bite to eat.

Fuel options - Speedway, Shell, BP, and Loves.
Food options - McD, KFC, Chipotle, TacoBell, A&W, Pizza Hut, Popeyes, Hardies, etc...

The show is August 7th and 8th. We will be heading down August 6th (Thursday). I'm about an hour from Summit as well, but in the youngstown area.

Members of the (CONO) Camaros of Northwest Ohio are currently contemplating on joining the Caravan.

It looks like there are several nice stops south of Cincinnati off of I-71 (i.e. Mall in Florence, KY) that would accommodate large groups and would allow you to arrive there around noon.

Perhaps a member from or near that area could give some input.

Will keep on eye on the posts and get back.

If you guys would like to that'd be great. I was going to setup points from Toledo, but if you do that it saves me the hassle lol.

The Florence mall would be a great meet up point for both groups. There are places to fuel and places to eat if someone is hungry haha.

If you setup your caravan, I can add it to one of the first posts so it stays organized. Or, if you want I can setup a couple points for you guys, up to you.

Right now we have at least 25 camaros going and that's not including anybody that has shown interest on this forum.
