Great pictures man. I like the ones of the undercarriage as well. Been trying to figure out how to get mine in the air in my garage in order to see the bottom. Don't have to now Thx

Great shot of the engine with the cover removed. I guess it's been seen before on the vettes. Certainly wouldn't want to have to work on that. Starting to consider getting an '69 instead. These new cars are certainly are no fun to work on.

What is the purpose of the resonator anyway? and why only on the L99?

I am thinking that without it, it might sound really wimpy on the highway when the 4 cylinders shut down!

I've noticed in some pics that the tac on SS models with the A6 redlines @ 6600, however the specs say 6000 for the L99, is this an oversight? Has anyone else noticed this? Same tach for both engines??
Just curious....anyone know...

Good catch, I would also like to know as I have a L99 on order. They say the AFM components on the valve train limits its max RPM.
Along the same lines, does anyone know where the rev limited kicks in on both engines?

Id like to know if the tac is remotely close to the actual engine RPM unlike the 4th gens. My Formula is about 500-600 RPM behind in 1st gear and will be dead on by the time Im in 3rd.

My friends TA was the same way. He always bounces off the rev limiter in first and sometimes second.
