Talking Already Planning for #2...

Already planning for Camaro #2.

It's a new '11 LS, Rally Yellow, Auto Trans, Body Color Engine Cover, Cold Air Intake, Silver Satin Finish Fuel Door, and Sunroof for only $25300, but I bet I could get into it for around $24K with my Supplier discount.

Just have to convince the wife now.

She asked, "Why do you need another one because you can't drive it in the winter?"

I told her I could since the LS had 18" all weather tires on it and not the 20" Pirelli's I currently have on my 2SS.

Her response was, "We'll see. Besides, "Walter"('99 Century) is a good car still."

Anyone know how to kill a '99 Century that runs like a top and looks pretty freaking good for an almost 12 year old car?

Let her drive Walter to the Chevrolet dealership and fit her in the LS, let her test drive it. I bet Walter stays there and the LT comes home with her. Named <__________> (insert new car name here)

Mine used to say the same thing...

just start injecting the I don't trust this car anymore into her mind. Worked for me...

Especially when I wouldn't let her take a long trip to visit family while I was away on business. She loves her new Tahoe now...

Thermite. I've got a recipe if you need one. Keep it on the DL don't want big brother knowing about it.

IF you pay for my airfair and hotel I will personally destroy the car for you

I would look for a used 1LT. I see them on autotrader for 21,000 automatics

Walter could "misplace" a wheel weight or two. Very simple solution that will "shake" her confidence in the car.

Hello,

Just ordered a 2011 White 2LT RS yesterday for my wife, have had mine since May 2009 and kept talking to her about it. One day she said she wanted to trade her Lexus in so I jumped at it. When little things went wrong she saw how expensive the Lexus was for replacement parts $195 for HID headlight replacement bulb, yikes. Keep up the gentle prodding find something about the car she currently has and and let her drive yours every now and then.

Thanks,

Robert
