I included it in the price of the car, but i think it was 390 installed.

Great to know there are still honest business men and dealerships out there. Thanks for sharing the story.

I will go ahead and encourage you to post your dealer. I wouldn't consider that advertising since you are not an employee there, and you had a good experience worth sharing with the community here.

I did, however, move this discussion to the proper forum.

Cool , but just one question , how did you pay all that trip around the world without credit cards , did you have a second back pack paked with cash , gee , good thing you didn't pass by my old country

My last 3 car buying experiences were incredible. I know that there are probably still bad dealers out there.....law of averages. But I bought a Cadillac, a Jeep and my ZL1 from 3 different dealers in 3 different cities and had a great time.

I appreciate your story more than words can say, I found a Camaro on the lot in Georgia 3 weeks ago. I was as clear as a human can possibly be to the dealer that I was willing to drive from Tennessee TODAY and buy your car with no trade-in.
What I wanted was a "out the door" bottom line price and I would be on the road. They basically refused to give me a "out the door" price after numerous attempts on my part to get a straight answer.
I finally said "Screw It" and went to a local dealer that had no camaros on the lot and ordered one. How refreshing to hear about a dealer that actually gives a crap about gaining a "long term repeat customer".

Debit cards and travelers checks worked most of the time.. Even in places like cambodia, they can swipe a debit card with the visa logo as a credit card.

I give these guys thumbs up all the way. I've dealt with them for all dealer issues for the past 10 years.
