The directions look pretty comprehensive.

I haven't installed a PD blower, but most say it's not that hard.

I installed mine in my garage at home. Instructions are good. All went well. You will be very pleased with the Heartbeat.

All shops will tell you that the SLP(a PD) was the easiest of the bunch to install.

Wouldn’t surprise me if it wasn’t that far back on ease of install either.

I was considering installing a Heartbeat myself DIY on Sledge, but I have an injury to deal with, alas I now need to find a shop, : (

Can't imagine it being much harder, if at all, from an LSA install. I thought that was very straight forward, and there's plenty of help here on the forum for PD blower install.

I haven't installed a heartbeat but the Whipple is pretty easy, they are all going to be similar.
This is going to depend on your mechanical ability. Are you comfortable with flushing your coolant?

I do most of my own work on my other vehicles, I do my own breaks. I have pulled the intake off on my truck to replace the knock sensors. Replaced alternators, power steering coolers, ac compressors. Removed and reinstalled transfer case. Replaced universal joints.
