Holy crap, that '69 is close to how I had mine (first car) done. I had it painted Dark Grey Fern with silver stripes. I had the interior done all black, except the metal on the dash, which I had painted the same silver as the stripes. My '69 wasn't a Z28 though. Just a base model with a 307ci with a powerglide trans.

I just got a call back tonight from the organizer of the Cajon Classic Cruise. We have the opportunity to get a couple of our cars put on display in the Promenade on the evening of the 15th. The display is going to be a couple cars from each generation of the Camaro. I'm going to call tomorrow and reserve the couple spots before someone else does. Unfortunately we can't have everyone park in the display but Sunshine Street will be closed off for the rest of us going to park as a group. Is there anybody else that would be interested in putting their car in the display with me?

Are they doing this again???

I talked to one of the organizer of the El Cajon car show. He stated that we should talk to a guy name Steve (Charger), he works the event. The event guys wear orange shirts. So if anyone is going this Wednesday look them up to get a clarification to see of we can park as a group.
