i have 26,000mi on mine and my seat does not look like that and I do use the heat in the winter.

my seats look a little worse, I wear 5:11 pants to work but only have 8,000 miles on my 2010...I just will have them redone when they get horrible...by the way the stealership says its wear and tear not a design flaw so no luck there

Explain to your dealer ( In Your Best Jeff Foxworthy voice), that they're stretched and too relaxed looking, probably cause a lazy arse cows leather was used on your seats..........

I believe alot of that has to do with how you get in the car. I rotate almost a full 90 degrees with my weight on the seat bottom both getting in and out of the car. That rotation is certainly stretching the leather. Mine looks just like yours (brown stain jokes aside.

To be honest this is one of the main reasons I didn't go for leather (opted for 1LT over a 2LT). I saw a used 2011 2SS with 25,000 miles on it on a dealer's lot and the leather seemed all bunched up and worn. I have 1800 miles on my car (I know, not a lot) and my cloth still looks like new.
