TommyTSquared - Cool looking stripes on the Yellow car in your post. I like the spoiler and the wider rear tires as well. Our cars definetely need wider stock rear tires to enhance that MEAN look!!

No, I ordered the GM Hood and Hockey Package and Those are actually the GM Hockey Stripes ( I just didn't apply my hood and trunk stripe)

I felt the GM hockeys stopped way short so I had the lower extensions custom made. My 2010 SS now matches my Cortez Silver 1969 SS WAY Better.

I'de go some kind of side stripe/hood spears rather then the rally stripes. They are ridiculously overdone IMO.

I also have a SIM 1SS. I went with the Rally Stripes because I have always liked them, and personally I think the Camaro looks a bit odd without stripes of some kind on them. I have been thinking about going with the "upside down hockey stripes" in addition to my rally's.

Can't believe I forgot to say this earlier..

... that is the question. Whether tis nobler in the mind the suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous misfortune or to take arms agains a sea of troubles and by opposing end them? To die, to sleep no more.

One of the few things I remember fondly from high school.

I personally would do something custom rather than the rallys. I like what franknbeans has done with the Punisher painted on his hood. I went through the whole stripe or not to stripe deal myself and decided to keep mine as it is for now. Some colors seem to need stripes more than others IMO. Bottom line though is that it is your car and make sure you know what you want before you do it. Don't run out and do it cause everyone said u should. Enjoy your 5th GEN!

Be careful plucking bugs off of the vinyl stripe on the hood. No scratching- you will mar the surface. Not sure who is installing stripes now, and what kind. Mine were dealer installed vinyl ones. I would highly suggest getting them painted on if you can somehow afford it. I will be replacing the vinyl stripes for a painted stripe when the cash flow says I can. Probably sametime as Supercharging.

JMO!! Painted stripes look so much better than the factorys. I ordered mine w/factory stripes and YUCK!! I sold them to a member in SA. I had mine painted on by a very good shop and they came out fantastic. A member of our local club has the SIM w/black factory stripes. Sure doesn't flic my bic. I'd put the CGM stripes on before the black ones.
