i recently bought the carbon fiber kit and the polished gill inserts from there. it looks kinda cheap in the packaging but great products none the less. i tried using the codes as well but my guess is that they were prolly expired from people using them so much haha

Their customer service absolutly SUCKS!! I was searching for a car cover and found a great deal there. The code FORUMS worked about a week and a half ago for 10% off. Then I get a call from Kate, the Polish Princess...nothing against poles but she's working customer service in a NJ, USA company and her English sucked! Says they cant honor the deal, it was a pricing mistake. Her boss, Evelyn Ko, sent me an email saying she tried to get in touch with me. I sent her two emails asking questions and requesting clarification with....NO response. Won't ever try to buy there again.

My thought exactly, southerncarparts.com will get my business instead. I even told them I would bash them here and report them to the BBB and...no response.

I bought my floor mats from them about a year ago. Thought it was a good deal and everything worked out fine.

However, not so sure now. I bought the carbon fiber dash kit 3 weeks ago, they have charged my credit card, I now have the bill. But have not received the kit. I have tried to contact them a couple times. The on line chat is down. Office hours weren't open. Status page says to check in 24 hours which I have twice and it says the same thing.

Bottom line...............still waiting.........hopefully soon.

im not sure why people dont buy those interior kits on ebay

youll get better service plus they are the same thing and you are sure to get your item faster if you buy from top rated seller plus they will respond faster.

yeah theyre live chat doesnt work for some reason



i have read the custom items take 2-4 weeks to ship though

because ebay didn't show a kit for the Camaro in orange carbon fiber, unless I missed it somehow............

Customer service is sub par...but some of their products are unique and hard to find elsewhere...

Bought the dark blue and black CF interior kit. Was told it would ship mid Feb. Didn't ship until 3/15...while that is not necessarily their fault if the manufacturer drops the ball, they couldn't provide an answer as to why...

However, like I said...love the product..and couldn't find it anywhere else.

Here is an update on my situation.

After a few more phone calls last week, my dash kit arrived on Monday. Finally. I was pretty excited and looking forward to installing it this week. However, when I opened the box it was the wrong color. I ordered Orange/Black carbon fiber. This kit was more like red jewel tint/black carbon fiber.

I immediately contacted CARID.com. They told me to take some photos and send them to them. They in turn sent them on to the manufacture. Then the waiting game. 24 hours later I was told that what I received was indeed a heavy orange. HUH...... Clearly this is a mistake. What I have is red not orange. I am not color blind.......

So I contacted customer service again. Now the game begins of returning this product since they have no interest in replacing them for me.

I have now gone thru 6 or 7 emails with them and am again waiting for who is paying for the shipping back to them. I know I am not. This was clearly a fault of their manufacture not mine. I have been so turned off by this experience that I don't want anything but my full refund and will just go with out the kit.

Too bad too. If the kit would have been the right color my follow-up write-up would have sold many more kits for them.

Personally I would stay away and find another supplier.
