Good luck Frank.

Hopefully since only 50 cars are in, you won't have people on street tires messing up the prep and you'll get good solid passes in.

I'm still trying to get that .000 light! Had another .002 on my last visit!

still no 11 sec time slip...sigh. tryin like hell but my 60' won't come back down to the normal 1.6, 1.7 range. was only able to get in 4 runs since one of the first cars down sprayed tranny fluid mid way then hit the wall before rollin onto it's roof. 1hr cleanup.

Opinions welcome please!
The local track opens for the 1st time this Saturday

Unfortunately weather is expected to be in the mid 90's with heat index around 101-104°. Staging doesn't start till 11am and usually lucky to get the 1st pass in by 12-1 when I'm sure it will already be over 90. Elevation is 1361' its only 85° out now and DA is 4190 at the track.
Would you drive 90 minutes round trip to brave the heat(more so humidity) with your car for a couple passes?
Almost forgot tech cards went to $30 this year and can't say K.I.D. feels worth $20 for the experience, staff, and track

Depends. Good for practice, and trying things out, but not a good air day for badass slips!

So got the line lock installed finally(and it works!) and will be going back tomorrow for another t&t..hopefully the weather will be better.
