Z28 Trailing Arms VS BMR Trailing Arms
Do Z28 trailing arms have spherical bearings? and should i just save up for bmr arms with the spherical bearings? Are they really that much stronger?

OEM arms are made to bend as not to damage the subframe or body the BMR/DSE while they are awesome parts they will not give and could cause collateral damage to the connecting points.

Considering GM equipped their "track-ready" Camaro with these arms I suspect that these arms are more than sufficient for street use - and, as mentioned, these arms are weaker and will not (or less likely to) damage the subframe if you're hit because they will give out first/easier. If, on the other hand, you have a dedicated track car and/or run the car very hard then you may want to consider upgraded arms.
